Director of Development - San Francisco
The Director of Development is an experienced, motivated and skilled business development and fundraising executive who leads and directs the organization's institutional fund development efforts to support and advance the Equal Access mission. Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated record of developing successful strategies, writing winning proposals and securing annual and multi-year funding from international aid agencies and foundations and an established network of contacts in organizations relevant to our business development goals. The Director of Development reports to the CEO, serving as a visible and core member of the Equal Access Management Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage our strong track record in program implementation and solid institutional partnerships to lead fund development strategies and efforts that yield significant growth for the organization. Consultants
Equal Access is interested in involving various development communications professionals in our activities, especially qualified individuals from developing countries. For inclusion in Equal Access' Consultant Database, potential consultants should send a cover letter and CV to consultants@equalaccess.org. In the cover letter please detail how your experience relates to Equal Access' activities and specify the geographic and programmatic areas in which you foresee your skills being most applicable. We will contact you if your skills and experience match our project needs.

Internships
Internships provide a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to Equal Access' international development efforts. These engaging work opportunities are for reliable, passionate and dedicated individuals who can commit to 15 hours a week at Equal Access over at least 6 months. Volunteers
Equal Access welcomes the contributions of individuals. Volunteers are supported in our friendly environment with a comfortable and well-equipped workspace.
