As a communications and behavior change specialist with over 12 years of experience, Katiella Gasso Gaptia brings a unique perspective to EAI’s social change approach in the Sahel region.

Katiella Gasso Gaptia is a communications for behavior change specialist and capacity-building trainer with 12 years of experience in Niger, Chad, Burkina Faso, and Côte d’Ivoire. He has designed and implemented NGO activities aimed at building the capacity of journalists, field agents, community reporters, and listening clubs. Gaptia is responsible for the production of hundreds of high-quality radio programs focused on themes including good governance, community resilience, family planning, civic engagement, health, and youth empowerment. He is a successful trainer in journalism, leadership, conflict resolution, and communications for behavior change. Gaptia holds of a degree in Journalism and a Master’s in Project Management.
