Karana Olivier has managed the USAID-funded project Accountability for Development (A4D) since its inception in 2020.

Karana Olivier has managed the USAID-funded project Accountability for Development (A4D) since its inception in 2020. He has 15 years’ experience in the implementation of international development projects in Central and West Africa including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sudan, Chad, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea, Liberia, Togo, Nigeria, Central African Republic, and Côte d’Ivoire. He speaks several languages including French and Danish and holds a degree in Anthropology and International Peace Studies.  He was raised in Los Angeles, California.
