Leader Byron Radcliffe Announced as New President and CEO of Equal Access International

Equal Access International announced today that following a successful 19-year tenure as Founder, President, and CEO, Ronni Goldfarb is transitioning from her current position. Byron Radcliffe has been appointed as the new president and CEO.

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Equal Access International announced today that following a successful 19-year tenure as Founder, President, and CEO, Ronni Goldfarb is transitioning from her current position. Byron Radcliffe has been appointed as the new President and CEO effective February 1, 2018, by the Board of Directors. Goldfarb will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and as a Senior Advisor on select initiatives. Radcliffe will be based out of Equal Access International’s Washington D.C. office.

Radcliffe has 30 years of experience in the international development sector. Over the past ten years, he has periodically advised the organization on business development and strategy, giving him insight into Equal Access International’s unique approach. He brings with him a wealth of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and business development. Radcliffe has progressed in leadership positions since the start of his career and worked as Executive Vice President at the QED Group and as Senior Vice President at Management Systems International (MSI) before launching a consulting firm. A recognized industry expert, Radcliffe was the Chair of the Board of Directors for the D.C. chapter of the Society for International Development and sits on the Government Advisory Committee for Humentum. He is an expert speaker and panelist in the international development and business development sectors.
