Charity Tooze is a results-driven dynamic social impact leader experienced in spearheading innovative global programs and communications campaigns to address complex problems specifically women and girls issues. She has experience working with corporations, governments, non-profits and the UN to drive social impact, strategic communications, fundraising, and program design and implementation. Tooze has successfully secured millions of dollars for girl and women-led organizations, programs, and campaigns. A creative director with the ability to build brand credibility through CSR campaigns and PR. Tooze has designed and led programs in tech4dev, gender equality, girls education, sexual and reproductive rights, upcycling/environmental programming, diversity and inclusion, refugees, financial literacy, civic engagement, and peacebuilding. Her approach to strategy and business development is grounded in research. She believes community-led program design is the most effective approach to movement building. Tooze has led projects or partnered with Participant Media, Malala Fund, UNHCR, Edelman, Southwest Airlines, UNFPA, UN Women, USAID, Tupperware Brands, and Barclays Africa. She has experience working on projects or campaigns in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, South Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States.
